How to Find Service Charges of Your Property in Dubai

There are three different ways you can find out service charges for your property in Dubai. The Dubai Land Department provides an online tool for the ease of homeowners and investors. 

The tool is called the Services Fees indicator and can be accessed here.

You can either check your service charges using the Title Deed No to get an idea of your charges as shown below.

On the other hand, you can use the project-specific service fees indicator by selecting the project name, usage (e.g., residential, villa, or office), and the year from the drop-down menu. 

And lastly, using the map feature, you can also find out the service charges of the property in that area.
