Ramy Abdel Kader brings over 10 years of experience across the Middle East.
With a Master’s in Civil Engineering and PMP training, he has led major projects
with a focus on quality, safety, and innovation. Since joining QUBE in 2023,
Ramy has been driving the company’s construction pipeline with precision and
a collaborative approach.
Asmae Boussouf
Asmae Boussouf leads both marketing and sales with a proven ability to engage
diverse audiences across B2B and B2C segments. With a global perspective
and extensive experience in real estate, she is known for crafting strategies
that build strong connections, drive results, and grow market presence. Backed
by degrees in Engineering, Management Science, and Strategic Marketing,
Asmae combines analytical insight with creative leadership to deliver lasting
impact.
Christel Esterhuizen
Christel Esterhuizen is the Human Resources & Operations Manager, leading HR strategy and supports operational management. With extensive experience in recruitment, talent development, and performance management gained from leading international hospitality and residential projects, she brings a strong focus on building culture, driving engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Andrey Lazarev
Andrey Lazarev has over 14 years of experience in civil construction and
architectural design. He oversees projects from concept to handover, ensuring
they meet client goals, regulatory standards, and the highest benchmarks in
façade, interior, and landscape design. Known for leading international teams
and fostering innovation, Andrey brings a strong focus on quality and
sustainability to every project.
Polina Iurikova
Polina Iurikova is the Head of Analytics, with extensive experience in financial modeling, project financing, and business valuation across capital-intensive sectors including real estate, transportation, and technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies, with international academic experience in Shanghai, bringing both financial expertise and a global perspective to QUBE’s projects.
